The Skills assessment is designed to measure your Education, Work experience, English level, and so forth. The aptitudes assessment is finished by a surveying body. Various professions are evaluated by various surveying bodies.

For Electrician
Education:
You should hold a significant Australian qualification accomplished through examination or acknowledgment of earlier learning or hold a practically identical global qualification. Your qualification will be perceived as equivalent to the significant Australian capability if TRA can approve that the capability is:
- at a level tantamount to the Australian qualification required for the occupation (Cert III in Electrotechnology Electrician is the most significant in Australia)
- at a quality standard practically identical to Australian capabilities pertinent to the designated occupation.
Work Experience:
- three years of full-time paid work in the assigned occupation at the necessary ability level, and
- at least a year of paid work in the nominated occupation in the three years preceding applying.
English Level:
No level required (yet you should have capable English to apply for General Skilled Migration Visas)
